Creative Writings

This is undeniably the smallest section of the site. I have never really been a writer, although that isn't to say I haven't wanted to. I think that what I have written I wrote with the best intentions and for that I should get some sort of credit. So it may not be the best but I decided to post any and everything I have anyway. Here is the Contents:

As you can see I kept true to my word and don't have much here. I always have lots of storys in my mind so I may release some new stuff soon. Keep posted at the front page.

Purpose: School Assignment - Status: Complete

Orodreth, a young recruit into the army of Salvanty had come in hopes of trying to help his fellow being. He himself was of an elven decent. He had hair that was as silvery as finely polished steel. Orodreth's eyes were his most intriguing feature. They were never one set color; they would change color and intensity depending upon his mood. When angry they would burn with the brightest of reds and oranges. When sad they would turn a blue that was so deep and depressing that they had on occasion brought random passerbies to tears, as if depressing their very soul.

Although he drew much interest from others very little was known about past. Where he came from? Why he was here? Who his parents were? These were all mysteries that were so deep not even he had been able to solve it. The only thing known about him was that he had a very strong connection to the magical force of the universe. Although Orodreth had been told this he did not know how to control it, once accidentally blowing up his commander's pet cat when it leapt out from a dark hallway at him. It got him two weeks of cleaning out the barrack's community bathroom.

Unknown to Orodreth his parents were two very powerful wizards that had disappeared a number of years ago, known only as "Night" and "Day". They were only known by these names because they never spoke a word to anyone. People started to call them "Night" and "Day" because of what they wore; he was robed in all black, her in all white. Although in due time, Orodreth would come to realize his parents and his place in this world.

As Orodreth's training had started at the academy it was quickly cut short a week later when the academy he had been enrolled at was attacked by a group of mysterious black robed mages. Many believed that these were henchmen of the great evil of the land, a dark knight by the name of Findar. He was clad in armor that was as black as his soul. He was not only one of the greatest knights and swordfighters in the land, but was also the most powerful wizard to walk the land. It was not uncommon to see him in a large battle with the forces of good, striding into battle on top of a monstrosity that some simply called a horse, for they really couldn't tell what it really was. It had the head and neck of a horse, yet the body and legs of a black panther. They monstrosities most peculiar feature, and its deadliest, was its tail that was ended by two boney sharp protrusions on the end that resembled the head of a double-sided axe. The one thing that struck most people about this villain was his eyes, having the same ability to change colors as our hero's. This brought many questions to light. He was a villain that had no reason, that anyone could see, for his murder of thousands and destruction of town after town. He had amassed an army of dark mages, undead hordes, and some of the vilest creatures to roam the planet. He was preparing to take the entire planet for himself.

After the attack on the academy our hero must now undergo a vast quest to try and stop this evil, an evil in reality he was created to destroy. He was not the son of the great wizards but truly was created as a weapon to destroy an evil they had accidentally released onto the earth, evil that became known as Findar. Orodreth was created to be the salvation of the Earth, now he must come to this realization and save the planet from Findar the Knight that seeks to take it all.
